BECAUSE.....I firmly believe that interviewing is a skillset—one that can be learned, refined, and mastered. This realization first struck me during my time as a Computer Science major in college. I noticed that the students securing offers from top employers were not necessarily the most knowledgable students. Instead, success often came to those who strategically practiced LeetCode and effectively positioned themselves during interviews.

To bridge this gap, I created a cheat sheet called "Interview Booster," designed to help candidates optimize their interview performance. The results were immediate—those who used it saw their success rate increase by 4X. This experience fueled my passion for the science of interviewing, leading me to develop more strategies to help job seekers stand out.

Recognizing the value of structured problem-solving and persuasive communication, I started my career as a product strategist at a tech company, where I leveraged these skills as a strategy development analyst. However, to deepen my expertise across industries, I joined PwC, a top consulting firm, to analyze how professionals from diverse backgrounds succeed in interviews for various roles. At there, I developed industry-specific interview frameworks that have helped professionals navigate and excel in their job searches.

My journey then took me to UBS in New York, where I had the opportunity to observe how candidates from different backgrounds approached the same career goals—each using their unique strengths to ace their interviews. Through extensive research and hands-on experience, I refined my interview methodologies, achieving a 90% success rate for candidates who applied these strategies.
